Pit Crew Vehicle Services was born when we discovered that a service which had started as a favour to close family and friends had expanded beyond our immediate circle. People we didn’t know would call us with a reference, and ask us to help them get some routine maintenance or specialist work done on their vehicle. Often, these would be people disgruntled by the customer service levels of major 3S dealers.

With five years of doing this for friends and family, our ‘family’ has grown to over a hundred customers, with a 100% record for loyalty. Our customer base is a diverse one, from bankers to tuners, but they all have one thing in common – they value best in class levels of product and customer service.

Mission Statement

Keeping with this expectation, we offer two unique promises. First, we will not be beaten on price. If a leading 3S dealership (from the list on our website) offers the same service as the Pit Crew at a lower price, we will refund double the difference to our customer. Secondly, if you, our customer, is not satisfied with the quality of work done, we will redo it, on our own time and at no additional expense, until the customer is satisfied. Needless to say, we only use genuine parts and the leading brands.
